Thanks to the amazing faculty — John Kramer, Ph.D., in particular (School of Science, Department of Psychology) — I have had a fulfilling career as a licensed clinical psychologist, been a faculty member at the medical schools of Northwestern and University of Illinois, founded a global health nonprofit, and published a number of books and peer-reviewed journal articles.
Due to the fact that I could also be in the School of Engineering and Technology, I was able to join the American Institute of Architects and work in a number of technology fields and with a number of start-ups. IUPUI also allowed for minoring in Medical Sociology and working at the IU School of Medicine.
It was a rich, diverse experience that has been fundamental to my career and accomplishments, as well as lifelong friendships. Thank you!
