About the Event:
Do you have what it takes to survive the zombie apocalypse? Join the Fairbanks School of Public Health for a Zombie Apocalypse Scavenger Hunt during National Public Health Week. On Thursday, April 4, from 10am to 3pm, you can participate in the hunt by using public health clues to uncover the cause of a mysterious, hypothetical disease outbreak.
Start the scavenger hunt from one of two locations:
- IUPUI Campus Center (Drug Take Back Table) – First floor near the escalator
- Taylor Hall (Multi-Cultural Center)
Both locations will have the same clue and you can start from either location.
You must utilize the scavenger hunt clues provided at each stop to solve the public health mystery. At each stop, you will receive a stamp/sticker and another clue towards uncovering the cause of the outbreak.
There are a total of six scavenger hunt stops along a continuous path throughout campus. You must visit five of the six designated stops to receive a free t-shirt.
Once five or more stamps/stickers are collected, you can bring them to the Fairbanks School of Public Health to redeem for a free t-shirt.
